Kerfkore is a patented process that consists of a kerfed core material joined with a very flexible latex impregnated paper face. This allows for the flat lamination of high pressure laminates, 2-ply veneers, metals and others semi-rigid face products and then formed into the necessary shapes without any telegraphing, stress cracks or delamination.

Flexboard is a bendable product designed for use in all types of radius projects. It consists of a core of kerfed particleboard with an .080" thick hardboard face. Flexboard will produce a 10-inch radius that allows for quick and easily fabrication without the need for sanding, patching or multiple layers and requires no special installation methods. It helps reduce labor cost, provides a uniform surface with many face options and improves quality.

EconoKORE is a flexible 2-ply product designed for use in numerous kinds of radius projects. It consists of a kerfed MDF core with a High Density Fiberboard or Poplar Plywood overlay face. The recommended bending radius for Econokore is approximately 12 inches. While a smaller radius may be obtainable, it is best to do a test before proceeding.
