Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org
All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS Priority with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please contact email@example.com if you have any questions.
All sales are final. No refunds accepted.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Size exchanges and significantly factory defective items are accepted for exchange within 7 days from which shipment is received. We require that customers notify firstname.lastname@example.org of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. Exchanges are not available for any product after 7 days.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the thessentialman.com. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
